The name "ASPIRE" is an acronym that stands for Automotive Support Programs for Inspection, Repair and Emissions. Our mission and focus for 17 years have been to be the premium provider of technical training, information and support services for the "in-service" technicians in the automotive industry. The success of our organization centers around our understanding of our industry, our customers' needs – manufacturers, technicians and their employers – and our ability to implement viable solutions, so our customers can compete effectively in the marketplace of the year 2003 and beyond. The team at ASPIRE has been built with the concept that the ASPIRE name is synonymous with quality. From its inception, every effort has been and will continue to be made to constantly increase the quality of products and services ASPIRE delivers to the automotive industry. Nothing will be spared to bring more and more of the resources and capabilities "in-house", so control of the end product quality – both from a technical view and a cosmetic view – can be enhanced.
